Kombucha is a fermented tea, served cold, and carbonated. It starts as a sweet tea and is then fermented by a live culture called the SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast), resulting in a delicious beverage full of vitamins, beneficial acids, and probiotics. We often do a second fermentation to add addition flavors and more added benefits from herbs, fruits, and flowers.
We have three main flavors. Lavender Lemon Balm, Palo Santo Birch Bark, and Turmeric Ginger. We do many other seasonal flavors throughout the year including some favorites such as: Cucumber Jalapeño, Strawberry Rhubarb, Watermelon Mint, Lemongrass Pea Flower, Blueberry Ginger, Apple Pie, Grape, Rose Jun, Elderberry Orange Peel, and Cocoa Hull Chocolate Mint.
